How to Prepare for your Wax Appointment

What will I need to do?

 

​Please prepare a space for your therapist to set up, with an area for them to lay out their products and tool kit.

 

How to prep skin for waxing?

Before your appointment, exfoliate to remove all dead skin and lift trapped hair. Exfoliating will reduce the likelihood of ingrown hairs after the appointment. Using a loofah or washcloth, rub an exfoliating cream around the area you want waxed.

Upon arrival..

Your therapist will carry out a consultation before your treatment and you will also be given appropriate aftercare advice.

How to Prepare for your Make-Up Appointment

What will I need to do?

 

Please prepare a space for your makeup artist to set up, with an area for them to lay out their products and tool kit (preferably a table).

 

How to prep face for makeup?

 

​There’s no need to remove any makeup you have on as your therapist will be happy to do this for you. If you haven’t booked a facial before your treatment please feel free to gently exfoliate before your appointment – this will help to remove dead skin and give you a fresh and smooth makeup finish!

 

Upon arrival..

 

​Your makeup artist will carry out a mini consultation and assess the skin before your treatment.  You will have the opportunity to discuss desired looks and ideas, please feel free to provide photos for inspiration.

How to Prepare for your Hair Blow-Dry & Up-Do

What will I need to do?

 

Please prepare a space for your hairstylist to set up, with an area for them to lay out their products and tool kit (preferably a table). Please ensure you have a chair available where your stylist is able to manoeuvre freely whilst styling your hair.

 

If you are having a blow-dry and styling, it is important that you make space next to a plug socket.

 

 

How to prep hair for my appointment?

 

Please be sure to have freshly clean, damp or dry hair without any product in;  If you’re having a blow-dry, your stylist may slightly dampen your hair to give you the perfect blowout!

 

Upon arrival..

 

 

Your hairstylist will preform a mini consultation before your treatment to assess your hair.  You will then have the opportunity to discuss your desired look and style.  Please feel free to provide photos for inspiration.

How to Prepare for your hair clip-in extensions and style appointment

What will I need to do?

 

(Please ensure you provide your own clip in hair extensions for your therapist to install)

 

Please prepare a space for your hairstylist to set up, with an area for them to lay out their products and tool kit (preferably a table). Please ensure you have a chair available where your stylist is able to manoeuvre freely whilst styling your hair.

 

This treatment may also require the use of styling tools,  please be sure to make space for your hairstylist next to a plug socket.

How to Prepare for your Nail appointment

What will I need to do?

 

 

​Please prepare a space for your therapist to set up, with an area for them to lay out their products and tool kit, if you’re having gel nails please be sure to make space for your therapist close to a plug socket.

 

 

How to prep for my nail appointment?

 

​There’s no need to remove any nail polish  you have on as your therapist will be happy to do this for you, if you have gel nails on please select our ‘add-on’ gel nail removal.

 

 

Upon arrival..

 

Your therapist will carry out a mini consultation to assess your nails before your treatment.  You will then be able to choose your desired nail shape and pick from a range of trendy colours.

How to Prepare for your Facial

What will I need to do?

 

​Please prepare a space for your therapist to set up, with an area for them to lay out their products and tool kit, your therapist may require the use of fresh warm/hot water in order to remove any facial product during treatment.

 

How to prep face for my facial?

​There’s no need to remove any makeup you have on as your therapist will be happy to do this for you.

 

Upon arrival..

 

​Your therapist will carry out a mini consultation and assess the skin before your treatment.  You will have the opportunity to discuss any skin concerns that you may have and solutions, following with a bespoke treatment plan.

How to Prepare for your Massage

What will I need to do?

 

​Please prepare a space for your therapist to set up, with an area for them to lay out their products and tool kit.  Please ensure there is enough space for a portable massage table (which is approximately 186cm in length and 60cm in width)  your therapist may require the use of fresh warm/hot water in order to remove any product during treatment.

 

 

How to prep for my massage?

 

Hydrate before and after your appointment.  Be sure you are hydrated before your massage appointment and be prepared to drink plenty of water following your appointment.

​Your therapist will carry out a mini consultation before your treatment.  You will have the opportunity to discuss any problematic areas that you would like your therapist to focus on.

How to Prepare for your Eyelash appointment

What will I need to do?

 

​Please prepare a space for your therapist to set up, with an area for them to lay out their products and tool kit.

 

 

How to prep for my lash appointment?

 

As you will be laying down with your eyes closed during the application of your eyelash extensions.  Please ensure you remove your contacts allowing your eyes to be comfortable and rested in a natural state.

 

If you are having a lash lift / tint or eyebrow tint please ensure that you have booked a patch test at least 48 hours prior to initial appointment.

 

Upon arrival..

Your therapist will assess your lashes, you will have the chance to discuss the look you are going for.  Your therapist will determine which length, curl and thickness

will compliment your eye shape.

How to Prepare for your Eyelash & Eyebrow tinting appointment

What will I need to do?

It is important that you have a patch test at least 24 – 48 hours before your initial appointment.  Without a patch test your appointment may be cancelled without a refund.

 

How does a patch test work? 

A therapist will meet you at your home or desired location at least 24 – 48 hours before your initial appointment.  A small amount of tint will be applied either behind your ear or on the inside of your elbow.

 

Important- please let us know if you develop any reaction to the product asap, we will then cancel your appointment and issue you an immediate refund.

How to Prepare for your Lash Lift

What will I need to do?

It is important that you have a patch test at least 24 – 48 hours before your initial appointment.  Without a patch test your appointment may be cancelled without a refund.

 

How does a patch test work? 

A therapist will meet you at your home or desired location at least 24 – 48 hours before your initial appointment.  A small amount of lift solution, setting lotion and lifting adhesive will be applied either behind your ear or on the inside of your elbow.

 

Important- please let us know if you develop any reaction to the product asap, we will then cancel your appointment and issue you an immediate refund.

 

How to prep for my appointment?

 

Please remove eyelash extensions at least 3 days minimum prior to appointment.

 

Do not use any waterproof mascara at least 2 days prior to your lift

Be sure to remove all eye makeup  at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date with oil free makeup remover and refrain from curling your lashes during this time.

 

Do not wear any eye makeup on the day of your appointment and remove your contact lenses.

How to prep for my group booking?

 

If you are having hair done on the day- 

Please be sure to have freshly clean, damp or dry hair without any product in;  If you’re having a blow-dry, your stylist may slightly dampen your hair to give you the perfect blowout!

 

If you are having makeup done on the day –

 

There’s no need to remove any makeup you have on as your therapist will be happy to do this for you, if you haven’t booked a facial before your treatment please feel free to gently exfoliate before your appointment- this will help to remove dead skin and give you a fresh and smooth makeup finish!

 

If you are having a massage on the day –

Your therapist will set up at desired location in your venue, please assist your therapist if they are in need of any appliances such as water etc.  Your therapist will carefully assess the area they’re treating of each client before progressing with treatment.

 

Depending on the size of your party, usually one therapist will be sent to complete your treatment one after another.  However if you are in need of more therapists for a speedier service, please contact us before your booking date on 0207 101 4276 and we will do our best to get another therapist on board.
